I do not write for the world
But the world whispers to me
A faint little murmur
For it to be told and be free.
I do not write for the world
But the world sings to me
The song of its life, the poem of its sorrow
A kind little song of our memories.
I do not write for the world
But the world dances for me
A little tap, slow and fast
It tells me life’s not easy.
I do not write for the world
But the world inspires me
Urging me to sing and dance
A divine call for serenity.
